PERUVIAN FOOD AND NATURAL PRODUCTS

NAMES: Guanábana, huanábano, masasamba, corosol, cachimán,
huana-huana (shipibo), graviola (Portuguese).

USES:

* Food: The fresh pulp of the fruit is consumed directly; with her ice creams are prepared, juice, nectars, candies, jams and yogures. The immature fruits are put under coccióny are consumed like vegetable.
