And it has the lowest saturated fatty acid content, 6.39% in average, 3.85% of palmítico and 2.54% of esteárico.
By his nature, by the technology used applied for the ecological
cultures and their industrial process of extraction, it is an oil of
high quality for the feeding and the health. It is the best oil for
domestic, industrial, cosmetic and medicinal consumption human;
surpassing to all used oils at the moment, as the olive oil,
sunflower, soya, maize, palm, peanut, etc. It has many uses, like:
reducer of the cholesterol, table oil, on kitchen, in the industry
would feed to enrich with Omega 3 produced foods industrially, in the
production of cosmetics, nutracéuticos and in medicine.

Description
The Sacha Inchi, is an oily wild that belongs to the
Euforbiacea Family. It is a voluble, trepadora and semiligneous plant,

well-known Peruvian Amazonía by the native ones for thousands of
years, the preIncas and the Incas used as they attest it ceramic found
