Here we want to offer you a small guide of tipical products and food of Peru. We also want to show the world, some natural products who grow in Peruvian soil, wich in many cases, are use to cure some medical problems.
The Pisco is the Peruvian- grape liquor obtained of the distillation of the fresh broths of the fermentation of the grape grape juice, following the traditional paractices stablished in the productive zones. This zone is in the suoth coast of Peru, and includes: Lima, Ica, Arequipa, Moquegua and Locumba, Sama and Caplina valleys from Tacna. From the Colonial times, when the vine was introduced in Peru,many chronist write about the wine and the Liquor that was produced in the Peruvian coast where a valley, a port, a city and a river called Pisco. The link between the Pisco Liquor and the Peruvian Gegraphy is indisputable.
Existen 4 variedades de Pisco:
El Pisco Puro (pure Pisco); Elaborated from no aromatized grapes, quebranta, mollar or ordinary black
El Pisco Aromatico ( Aromatic Pisco) ; Elaborated from Uvas Italia (italian grapes) and Moscatel wich are aromatic grapes
El Pisco Mosto Verde (green grpae juice Pisco); It's obtained of the incompletely- fermented- broths distillation
El Pisco Acholado (acholado Pisco) Obtained of the broths mixture of distinct varieties of grape
